IIRC, it took me a few tries for whatever reason. Bolts are the primary currency in the Ratchet & Clank series, with which the player purchases weapons, gadgets, ammunition, upgrades, and other necessities. I think it's called 'Challenge Mode'? Either way, if you start out your game and don't see a bolt multiplier next to your bolts (shown as a x2,3,4 etc.) then your game creation didn't work correctly. I'm at work so I'm going by memory, but I think on the new-game screen, you can hover over your completed game save and press square (or something, it should tell you) to start a new game plus. OP, I'd like to mention for the record that my game glitched a few times trying to create a new game plus.
